Since 2007, Imke has been fully at home in the world of innovative companies, sustainable start-ups and multinationals in preparation of the big green change. Imke founded PURE Executive Search in 2011 to fast track the greening of the corporate world.
To this end, she makes use of the network she carefully built during her career in human resources and executive search for the professional services industry. Among others, she worked at McKinsey & Company, Capita Selecta and the Global Management Program at ING Group.
In her day-to-day work, Imke puts the knowledge she gained studying Psychology at the University of Amsterdam to good use.

Marjolein Bosch
Marjolein Bosch has built up expertise in the field of executive search for 15 years, always focusing on Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and portfolio companies. Marjolein studied law in Leiden and began her career at Fortis Bank. She quickly transitioned to executive search and worked at various agencies, including the last 8 years at Ebbinge, where she led the Private Equity practice.
During her years at Ebbinge, Marjolein increasingly felt the need for a new direction and a desire to focus on clients and candidates committed to making a positive impact.
With this new goal in mind, Marjolein joined Pure Executive Search. Here, she is dedicated to discovering the leaders of the future. Her commitment to identifying and attracting these visionary leaders, who are willing to go beyond mere business success, makes her a valuable addition to the Pure Executive Search team.
